Ask Dao Kapra Refund Policy
This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through HEPE mobile application ("Application"). By using our Application and making purchases, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy. Please read this Policy carefully before making any purchases.
a. Digital Goods: HEPE offers digital goods and services for purchase within the Application. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds may be subject to certain restrictions.
b. In-App Purchases: Refunds for in-app purchases made through the Application may be requested in accordance with the procedures outlined below.

ii. Provide your purchase details, including the order number, date of purchase, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.
iii. Our support team will review your request and, if eligible, process the refund within 7 business days.
b. Refund Method: Refunds for eligible purchases will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
